WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON MY FIRST VISIT

When you arrive I will carry out a consultation to gather information, including information on your health & lifestyle. This information is required so that I can determine the most suitable & safe treatment to carry out. Consultations will vary with different treatments. You will be asked to sign the consultation form as consent for me to proceed with the treatment. I offer the consultation free and it will not impede on your treatment time. I will explain everything that will happen during the treatment before commencing.

WILL I HAVE PRIVACY TO GET CHANGED?

Yes, I will leave the room to allow you privacy to get changed. Your privacy and dignity will be respected at all times. Towels and blankets are used to cover the body and only the area being massaged will be exposed.

HOW DO I PAY?

Payment is by cash or Bank Transfer (details will be provided at time of booking).

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Yes, free parking is available right outside.

Yes, toilet facilities are available.​

I AM FEELING UNWELL, CAN I STILL COME FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

No, if you are feeling unwell at all, even a slight cold, please get in touch and we can reschedule your appointment. Attending an appointment when unwell could make you feel worse. In the case of infections (like the common cold), it increases the risk of cross infection.
