Cancellation Policy (therapies)
As a small business, cancellations can have quite a big impact. I understand that sometimes things can happen at the last minute which may result in you having to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To allow me to fill any cancelled/rescheduled appointments, I would kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the booking value, cancellations within 24 hours/no shows 100%. If you fail to pay, any future appointment requests will be denied.

If you arrive late to your appointment, I may need to cut your appointment short. Full payment for the appointment will be required.

Cancellation Policy (Forest Bathing events)
Forest Bathing events are payable in advance and are non-refundable. If you do require to cancel your place, I would be happy to book you on to a future event, if notified within 48 hours of the event date.

Forest Bathing can be enjoyed in all weather conditions. However, in the event of weather warnings where there is risk of harm, the event will be rescheduled.

Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, no extensions will be given for unused or partially used vouchers.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.

Missed appointments will be subject to my cancellation policy - the gift voucher will be taken as payment for the missed appointment.
If you book a treatment for a lesser amount than the voucher, no monetary change to the difference will be given. You may use the remaining voucher balance for any future appointments as long as it is used within the voucher validity period.
Vouchers can be used in part payment towards therapies of a greater value​

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to me and my privacy policy complies with GDPR legislation. My aim is to give you peace of mind and confidence knowing that I will manage your data correctly and explain clearly and in detail how and why I use and collect your data.
What information do I need prior to treatment
I need your contact details, which include name, address, postcode, email and phone number, I also need information about your health, lifestyle and age for treatment to go ahead.
Explanation of why I require this information
I require all the information to provide a safe and suitable treatment, and to allow me to make tailor made treatment plans. I have a lawful basis for processing your personal information, meaning there is a legal reason to ask for your data because of contractual reasons. You do have the right not to share your personal data with me, but if you do not I will be unable to offer you a treatment at Taylor Made Holistics.. You must fulfil your side of the contract (share your personal information) in order for me to fulfil mine (carry out treatment).
How long will I store your data?
We must retain records for a period of at least 7 years from the date of your last treatment. In a minors case this would be 7 years after their 18th birthday.
How is your data stored?
Paper consultation forms are stored in a secure, locked cabinet. No personal information will be stored on any electronic devices. I will not share your data with any third parties
