The feet will then be massaged using a blend of tree essential oils.

SOOTHING SELF LOVE PACKAGE

We will start with a consultation to select an essential oil blend to meet the needs of your body & mind on the day.

The blend will then be used to carry out a deeply relaxing & soothing back, neck & shoulder massage.

Followed by a Self Love guided meditation.

Ending with Reiki.
